Area Sales Manager

MacGregor Black is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop sales activity within the London and South territory, focusing on independent art suppliers.
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the business.
- Set and achieve SMART business objectives on a daily basis.
- Drive sales growth and revenue within the territory, in line with company expectations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within major accounts.
- Negotiate and discuss business plans with customers within the territory.
- Report back to the company on findings and progress.
- Analyze account data regularly and present findings to the accounts and business teams.
- Make local account presentations to customers.
- Report all activity via the CRM system.
- Attend trade and exhibition shows as required.
- Manage and control brand POS within the territory.
- Sell through new company products and promotions.
- Manage and prioritize business deadlines.
- Represent the company and yourself professionally.
- Experience in selling art supplies or DIY products.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to make decisions independently.
- Strong analytical and numerate skills.
- Attention to detail with communication and data.
