About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our people team at Computacenter (UK) Limited. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our business strategy through the development of people strategies and initiatives that positively impact our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement people strategies that align with our business objectives and priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives to provide trusted advice and guidance on people management and organizational development.
  • Lead and champion the implementation of significant organizational changes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with our Centre of Excellence (COE) to address business issues and embed new strategies, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Provide expert advice to senior leadership on all aspects of people management, including talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • Interpret people analytics, data, and trends to inform organizational decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Support key talent acquisition programs to attract and retain top talent, ensuring our organization remains competitive in the market.
  • Design and deliver leadership and development programs that equip our employees with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • A proven background in Human Resources Business Partnering, with a strong understanding of commercial HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in managing and analyzing HR metrics to drive business decisions.
  • A hands-on attitude, with the ability to motivate and influence others to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience working in a commercial environment, with a strong understanding of the business agenda and the ability to earn and maintain a seat at the senior leadership table.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A motivated self-starter, with a high degree of autonomy and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
