HR Business Partner Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Computacenter. As a key member of our people team, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our business strategy through the development of people strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement people strategies that drive business results and positively impact our people.
  2. Lead and champion the implementation of significant organizational changes, ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with our Centre of Excellence to address business issues and embed new strategies, driving business growth and improvement.
  4. Provide expert advice to senior leadership on all aspects of people management and the employee lifecycle, ensuring a high-performing and engaged workforce.
  5. Interpret people analytics, data, and trends to inform organizational decisions and drive business outcomes.
  6. Support key talent acquisition programs to attract and hire top talent, ensuring our teams have the skills and expertise needed to succeed.

Requirements

  1. A proven background in Human Resources Business Partnering, with a strong commercial focus and ability to influence senior leadership.
  2. Experience of running significant programs of work across multiple people strategies, including change management and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve business objectives.
