We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our people team at Computacenter. As a trusted advisor to our Senior Leadership teams, you will play a key role in developing people strategies and initiatives that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the execution of our Business Strategy by developing and implementing people strategies that align with our business objectives.
  2. Lead and champion the implementation of significant organisational changes, ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with our Centre of Excellence (COEs) to address business issues and embed new strategies, driving organisational excellence.
  4. Provide expert advice to senior leadership on all aspects of people management and the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  5. Analyse people analytics, data, and trends to inform organisational decisions and drive business growth.
  6. Support key talent acquisition programmes to attract and hire top talent, ensuring our teams have the skills and expertise needed to succeed.

Requirements

  1. A proven background in Human Resources Business Partnering, with a strong commercial focus and ability to influence senior leadership.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  3. Experience of running significant programmes of work across multiple people strategies, including Change Management and Diversity and Inclusion.
