We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our people team at Computacenter. As a trusted advisor to our Senior Leadership teams, you will play a key role in developing people strategies and initiatives that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the execution of our Business Strategy by developing and implementing people strategies that align with our business objectives.
  2. Lead and champion the implementation of significant organisational changes, ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with our Centre of Excellence (COEs) to address business issues and embed new strategies, driving organisational excellence.
  4. Provide expert advice to senior leadership on all aspects of people management and the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  5. Analyse people analytics, data, and trends to inform organisational decisions and drive business growth.
  6. Support key talent acquisition programmes to attract and hire top talent, ensuring our organisation remains competitive in the market.

Requirements

  1. A proven background in Human Resources Business Partnering, with a strong understanding of commercial principles and business objectives.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
  3. Experience of working with a commercial focus, understanding the business agenda and earning a seat at the senior leadership table.
  4. Proven experience of running significant programmes of work across several people strategies, including Change Management and Diversity and Inclusion.
