Job Title: HR Business Partner

Join The ONE Group Ltd in Hatfield as we seek a skilled HR Business Partner to support our global teams on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our business strategy through the development of people strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement people strategies and initiatives to support business objectives
  • Lead and champion the implementation of organizational changes
  • Advise senior leadership on all aspects of people management and the employee lifecycle
  • Support key talent acquisition programs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a demonstrable background as a HR Business Partner, experience of working with a commercial focus, and experience of running significant programs across several people strategies.
