We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Receptionist / Care Navigator to join our team at Primary Care Careers. As a key member of our front-line team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
Main Responsibilities

- Manage phone calls and appointments with efficiency and accuracy.

- Process prescriptions, letters, and other patient documents with attention to detail.

- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
