Strategic Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to enhance our operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in crafting and executing a successful sales strategy that aligns with our core values and mission.
As a certified B Corporation focused on sustainability consulting, we integrate sustainable practices into the very fabric of businesses, rather than treating them as optional. Our goal is to develop internal engagement strategies, create marketing materials, and achieve sustainability certifications. We are committed to making sustainability a core principle across all business levels, recognizing that it encompasses not only environmental factors but also the promotion of an inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and prospects.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Anticipate and identify potential clients and customers.
- Present our services to prospective clients.
- Spot areas for improvement and growth.
- Develop tailored proposals for clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market activities, and competitor movements to identify service enhancements.
- Maintain up-to-date information in the CRM system.
- Generate leads and cultivate client relationships.
- Oversee the growth plan's development and establish business objectives.
- Keep abreast of developments in sustainability, DEIA, and company culture.
- Strategically post on social media to attract new clients and enhance brand visibility.
- Set and monitor quarterly KPIs.

Required:
- Demonstrated success throughout the sales and growth process, from planning to closing.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
- Results-oriented with established quarterly targets.
- Proactive, hardworking, confident, and resilient.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
- A genuine passion for sustainability.

Benefits & Additional Information:
- Salary: Based on experience.
- Salary contribution to a life pension with AVIVA (subject to a 3-month qualifying period as per company policy).
