Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Lead to spearhead the implementation of Data Quality Tools and processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Technology Solutions: Lead the development of systems to identify, measure, categorize, prioritize, and investigate the root causes of data quality issues.
  • Implement Best Practices: Establish and promote proactive strategies to prevent data quality issues from arising.
  • Oversee Data Quality Tools and Processes: Lead the deployment and configuration of Data Quality tools, collaborating closely with Data Management teams to ensure effective implementation.
  • Promote Data Quality Awareness: Advocate for the importance of data quality management to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, increasing awareness and commitment.
  • Manage Relationships with Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with source system owners and subject matter experts to secure lasting resolutions to data quality issues.
  • Design and Deploy Data Quality Monitoring Systems: Implement systems to enhance detecting and reporting issues within Nucleus, ensuring improved data quality.

About the Role: As a Data Quality Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data quality strategies, leading the deployment of data quality tools, and promoting data quality awareness across the organization.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of data quality principles, experience with data quality tools, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
