About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join our successful brigade at SushiSamba as we continue to grow and expand our culinary offerings.

The ideal candidate will be extremely passionate about food and eager to learn and take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Pastry Chef in managing the pastry kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menus to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of pastry cooks to achieve exceptional results and high levels of customer service.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
