We are currently seeking a dedicated and creative Pastry Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a Pastry Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the pastry kitchen, ensuring the creation of exquisite desserts, and contributing to the overall excellence of our dining experience. If you have a passion for pastry, strong culinary skills, and leadership capabilities, we invite you to be an integral part of our amazing culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pastry kitchen, maintaining high standards of dessert quality.

Lead and inspire the pastry kitchen team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Execute creative and visually appealing desserts, ensuring presentation and taste meet restaurant standards.

Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage the freshness of pastry ingredients.

Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new pastry menu items and seasonal specials.

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the pastry kitchen.

Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or in a similar role within the culinary industry.

Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and dessert presentation.

Exceptional culinary skills and attention to detail in pastry creation.

Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.

Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
