About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Pastry Chef to join our team at Change Hospitality as a key member of our Pastry Kitchen team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest standard of food preparation and service is maintained at all times.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Pastry Kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Collaborate with the Pastry Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work closely with the hotel's culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Pastry Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry arts, including baking, decorating, and presentation techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
