Exciting Opportunity for a Resident Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at Velocity Recruitment. As a key member of our Property Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between residents and our construction/property services team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between residents and the construction/property services team.
  • Communicate project details, timelines, and updates to residents, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable.
  • Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate access to properties for inspections, repairs, and construction activities.
  • Assist in organising and conducting resident meetings, forums, and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Support the project team in ensuring minimal disruption to residents during construction and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar role in the construction/property services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
