Resident Liaison Officer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our Housing Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for liaising with residents to ensure their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with residents to gather information and provide support during the Stock Condition Survey project.
- Work closely with the Asset Management Project Manager and Resident Liaison Manager to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide advice, information, and assistance to residents affected by the SCS project.
- Develop and monitor consultation and communications plans to ensure residents are informed and engaged throughout the project.
- Maintain health and safety requirements and arrange and attend meetings as necessary.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in customer service and social housing. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
