About the Role

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our Applied ML team in the UK. Our team of 17 Data Scientists and MLOps engineers work at the forefront of ethical fashion understanding, leveraging cutting-edge ML techniques and technology to empower our community and enhance their experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, designing, and delivering machine learning solutions that improve the user experience. This will involve collaborating with engineers, product managers, and analysts from your squad, optimising and maintaining existing solutions, and setting up and conducting large-scale experiments to test hypotheses and drive product development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver machine learning solutions that improve the user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development
  • Optimise and maintain existing solutions to improve performance metrics
  • Conduct large-scale experiments to test hypotheses and drive product development
  • Translate business problems into machine learning solutions
Requirements
  • Proficient in Python with the ability to write production-grade code
  • Solid understanding of machine learning and data science concepts
  • Proven ability to design machine learning solutions to solve business problems
  • Collaborative and humble team player with an ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for learning new skills and staying up-to-date with ML algorithms
