About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Martech teams and expand the capabilities of our marketing teams. As a Lead Product Manager for Marketing Technology, you will play a pivotal role at Depop, driving the development of our marketing technology solutions and ensuring alignment with our broader goals and vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a feasible roadmap that enables us to achieve our marketing goals in collaboration with stakeholders and the Martech team.
  • Define and monitor MarTech KPIs in collaboration with Paid Marketing, Product, Engineering & other key stakeholders.
  • Drive the definition, evolution, and execution of our Adtech strategy, aligning with the company's broader goals and vision and adapting to the changing privacy and tooling landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with the Martech engineering and product leads to troubleshoot technical challenges, make trade-offs, and recognize and resolve obstacles before they impact delivery.
  • Ensure that all Martech products and practices comply with relevant current and upcoming regulations.
  • Evaluate build vs buy options in the Adtech space, working with the engineering and marketing teams to prioritize return on investment.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical peers and stakeholders, fostering the sharing of knowledge and understanding between the team and their internal customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, privacy changes, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain Depop's competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Expert adtech domain knowledge, with a deep and applied understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including product catalogues, ad conversion data, targeting and measurement, and the changing privacy and compliance landscape.
  • Well-versed in the Martech technical stack, with a proven ability to roll out marketing technology solutions in mobile apps.
  • Entrepreneurial and analytical, with a strong bias to action and experience with end-to-end data reconciliation and validation.
  • Experienced Product Manager with a focus on AdTech or digital advertising products, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
