Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology roadmap, aligning with business objectives and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and marketing, to identify and prioritize marketing technology initiatives.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing technology, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing technology solutions, including adtech, martech, and customer data platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, including data privacy and security.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering, data science, and marketing teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings, ensuring Depop remains competitive in the market.

Requirements

  • Expert-level knowledge of adtech and martech, including product catalogues, ad conversion data, targeting, and measurement.
  • Proven experience in product management, with a focus on adtech or digital advertising products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in end-to-end data reconciliation and validation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a focus on delivering results and driving revenue growth.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in people management, with a focus on leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience working in a marketplace or ecommerce platform business.
  • Applied knowledge of customer data platforms, tag management tools, and marketing analytics software.
