Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Credit Manager to join their team. As a Credit Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5 globally and overseeing the financial operations of the company.
Main Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Oversee the daily checking and authorisation of invoices and payments for the team.
- Cash Flow Management: Provide payment forecasts and update reports on a regular basis for cash collection and weekly billing.
- Financial Systems: Have a good understanding of all finance and banking systems with a willingness to learn as systems evolve.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and deal with issues concerning payment and billing as they arise to the point of resolution.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years experience working in Finance, ideally within the recruitment industry.
- Leadership: Has experience leading / managing a team.
- Technical Skills: Sage 50 experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the recruitment sector.
