Role Overview:

Are you enthusiastic about retail and customer engagement? As a Retail Support Associate at 8Bits, you will be instrumental in ensuring our retail floor operates seamlessly and effectively. Your duties will encompass assisting customers, managing product displays, and supporting daily operations to enhance the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers on the retail floor, delivering helpful and friendly service.
  • Uphold the store's visual standards by ensuring displays are well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
  • Restock shelves and oversee inventory to guarantee products are readily available and attractively presented.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, guide them through their purchases, and process transactions accurately.
  • Monitor and address any issues or maintenance needs on the retail floor, ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment.
  • Support store promotions and sales initiatives by setting up displays and materials as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and manage cash responsibly.
