Job Description:Key Responsibilities:

The Graduate Behaviour Assistant will support students in managing their behaviour effectively, providing guidance and assistance where needed. They will work closely with teaching staff to implement behavioural interventions and strategies.

Key Duties:

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge and Skills:

Postgraduate qualification in Education or Psychology, experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN), training in de-escalation techniques.

Working Conditions:

The Graduate Behaviour Assistant will primarily work within a school environment, collaborating with teachers, support staff, and parents. They may need to handle challenging behaviours and adapt to different situations as they arise.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
