Health and Safety Manager

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain high standards of health and safety across our sites, ensuring that our employees are protected from harm and that our operations are conducted in a responsible and sustainable manner.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of health and safety professionals to ensure compliance with local legislation and company policies.
- Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address health and safety concerns.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Education to a degree level and additional qualifications to an NVQ5/NEBOSH Diploma level.
- Relevant experience managing a team and complying with local Health and Safety legislation.
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
- Experience with Lean, 5S and Kaizen methodologies.
- Qualifications or experience in the field of sustainability.
- Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership.
