About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data reports and root causes to provide leadership with the information needed to make informed safety-related decisions.
  • Develop and implement health and safety projects and policies to drive a culture of safety and inclusivity.
  • Design and lead programs to improve the safety culture in Amazon, ensuring compliance with local health and safety legislation.
  • Manage health and safety standards, improving functionality and efficiency while maintaining high standards.
  • Lead and develop a team, guiding them in implementing changes in response to employee feedback or seizing opportunities to make process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education to a degree level and additional qualifications to an NVQ5 NEBOSH Diploma level.
  • Relevant experience complying with local Health and Safety legislation.
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Preferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at Amazon.
