Job Title: Customer Development Executive - Unilever Ice Cream

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Development Executive to join our Unilever Ice Cream team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing sales of Unilever Ice Cream and Unilever Food Solutions products within a range of locations, including leisure centres, kiosks, soft plays, and hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling and negotiation of contracts and joint business plans.
  • Work with a portfolio of existing customers to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain commercial relationships with Head Office contacts to agree ranging and visibility solutions.
  • Regularly review performance of ice cream and food solutions products within the sites you have opened up and work closely with on-site decision makers to increase sales.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and diary management skills, as you will be operating fairly independently.
  • Experience of cold calling and account management.
  • Drive to identify and bring in new business opportunities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and customer relationships.
