Customer Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Development Executive to join our Unilever Ice Cream team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, growing sales of Unilever Ice Cream and Unilever Food Solutions products, and developing and maintaining strong commercial relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies
- Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with existing customers, including negotiating contracts and joint business plans
- Regularly review performance of ice cream and food solutions products within assigned territories and work closely with on-site decision makers to increase sales
- Develop and maintain commercial relationships with Head Office contacts, agreeing ranging and visibility solutions and clearly communicating execution requirements to individual customer sites
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and diary management skills, with ability to operate independently
- Experience of cold calling and sales strategies
- Drive to identify and bring in new business opportunities
- Account management experience, with ability to build and maintain strong client and customer relationships
