As an Events Sales Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of conferences, weddings, and various events from the initial inquiry to the event day. You will have a keen understanding of client needs, enabling you to translate their vision into a tailored and unforgettable experience. Your focus will be on maximizing sales while ensuring a remarkable guest experience, aligning with our luxury brand standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role or a proactive sales position within the hospitality or events industry, preferably in a comparable establishment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport and drive sales while providing outstanding service to clients.
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player; our sales team may be small, but they embody a strong spirit of support and camaraderie.
- Quick to learn and adapt, with a proactive mindset and resilience in the face of challenges.
- Proficient IT and administrative skills are essential.
- Familiarity with Hart PMS is advantageous but not mandatory.
