Aspire People is dedicated to providing high-quality support and staffing solutions within the education sector. We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team at a vibrant school in Walsall.

Role Overview:
The Site Supervisor will play a vital role in maintaining the safety, security, and cleanliness of the school premises. They will oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and conducive to a productive learning environment. The successful candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere for students, staff, and visitors alike.

  1. Ensure the safety and security of the school premises.
  2. Oversee maintenance and repairs of the school buildings and grounds.
  3. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  4. Liaise with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repair work.
  5. Assist in the planning and execution of school events and activities.
  6. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary.
  7. Support the school's health and safety policies and procedures.
