We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dispensing Optician to join our esteemed practice. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing comprehensive eye care services to our patients, ensuring their visual needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and expertise.
Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and guidance on eyewear selection, considering patient preferences, lifestyle, and prescription requirements.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of lens types, frame materials, and optical technologies to offer tailored recommendations.
- Assist patients with the fitting and adjustment of spectacles, ensuring optimal comfort and visual clarity.
- Process eyewear orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining meticulous records and adhering to established procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming practice environment, fostering strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Active registration with the General Optical Council (GOC).
- Proven experience as a Dispensing Optician in a retail or clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centric approach.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Passion for eyewear styling and fashion trends.
