About the Role

We Are With You is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Practitioner Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality recovery care to our diverse client group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and support the team's ability to respond effectively to individuals' past trauma, helping build motivation and developing resources to assist people to change the way they think, feel, and behave.
  • Hold a specialist caseload of clients with co-existing substance use and mental health needs.
  • Provide psychological treatments for trauma, including EMDR and trauma-focused CBT.
  • Supervise the practice of psychology staff, including practitioner and/or assistant and/or trainee psychologists.
