Springcare Care Homes Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on a permanent part-time basis for night shifts at River Meadows Nursing Home.

As a Registered Nurse at Springcare, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Taking temperatures and blood pressures
  • Administering medication and applying dressings
  • Monitoring residents, updating, and reviewing care plan records
  • Leading handover information to colleagues at the end of a shift
  • Communicating with other healthcare professionals

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated excellent care planning and clinical skills
  • Sensitivity, understanding, and a genuine desire to help others
  • A thorough understanding of National Standards and commitment to adhering to the NMC Code of Practice
  • Current and active NMC registration
  • Proficiency in using basic computer or handheld devices
  • Experience in leading, motivating, and managing staff
  • Previous experience working in a care setting
