Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care team at Springcare Care Homes Ltd. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans.

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and motivating a team.
  • Knowledge of National Standards and commitment to adhering to the NMC Code of Conduct.
