About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Springcare Care Homes Ltd. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and supporting their independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and providing personal care.
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and review and update plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents.
- Lead and participate in handover information to colleagues at the end of a shift, ensuring seamless care delivery.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and dignity.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate excellent care planning and clinical skills, with a strong understanding of National Standards and NMC Codes of Practice.
- Show sensitivity, understanding, and a desire to help others, with a commitment to providing person-centered care.
- Hold a current and active NMC pin number and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
- Have experience of leading, motivating, and managing staff, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
- Be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or handheld device, with a strong understanding of electronic care records and other relevant systems.
