About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Pre-Sales Lead to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of ServiceNow solutions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and modules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase ServiceNow capabilities
  • Build proofs of concepts and respond to RFPs
  • Estimate ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and SPM related packages of work
  • Facilitate discovery workshops to understand customer business challenges
  • Convey requirements to technical teams and align development with client needs
  • Identify and advise on key client changes for internal processes and current technology
  • Manage existing technical teams, including performance reviews
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the ServiceNow practice

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform and modules
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant experience in pre-sales or solution consulting
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
