Commercial Marketing Lead

Carter Murray is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team as a Commercial Marketing Manager. This 12-month fixed-term contract will play a crucial role in driving the leasing of our flexible workspace offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for existing assets and upcoming flexible development pipeline, overseeing all aspects of allocated marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all marketing activities achieve planned ROI across all touchpoints and remain within budget.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives for the commercial marketing team to drive leads through digital acquisition and meet leasing targets.
  • Develop and deliver full 360 marketing plans for each allocated scheme, including brand, creative, digital, and PR activity.
  • Manage the briefing process for all projects, including stakeholder input and collaboration.
  • Appoint and manage creative, digital, and advertising consultants/agencies across the marketing mix.
  • Deliver high-quality design and publication of all collateral, including websites, social media, brochures, and visuals.
  • Manage project budgets and oversee the management of other marketing budgets as required.
  • Deliver effective internal communications and marketing reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous property marketing experience, including flexible workspace.
  • Understanding of the London property, offices, and development landscape.
  • Experience delivering B2B commercial property-specific materials, such as brochures, floorplans, and CGI's.
  • B2B experience with a focus on delivering creative, commercial, and digital projects in a timely manner.
  • Strong digital skills, including content creation, social media management, and planning, with an understanding of performance marketing.
  • CRM experience, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proven track record in developing creative marketing and branding projects.
  • Cross-channel experience, including website creation, social media, digital advertising, and other digital content.
  • Strong agency management skills to ensure effective delivery from key suppliers/agencies.
  • Demonstrable experience of working to agreed deadlines.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management.
