About the Role

Portman Dental Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team in Lewisham, South East London.

About the Practice

Our Lewisham practice is a 2-surgery specialist Orthodontic practice that cares for both NHS and private patients. As a Practice Manager, you will work alongside Specialist Orthodontists and Therapists in a modern and well-equipped environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, including financial records, P&L, KPIs, and budget planning.
  • Lead a team of dental professionals, including knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach.

About You

We welcome applications from experienced managers or TCO/Lead Dental Nurses with a background in dental settings. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial will also be considered.
