Bridge Lane Group Practice is seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.
Main Responsibilities- Undertake clinical duties with relevant training, including cervical cytology, wound care, childhood immunisations, and long-term condition monitoring.
- Use analytical and judgmental skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate clinical packages of care in collaboration with patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders using a variety of communication skills, including verbal, non-verbal, written, and electronic.
- Work autonomously and as part of a team, prioritising workload and managing time effectively.
Bridge Lane Group Practice is a busy and friendly practice serving a diverse inner-city population. We are a training practice for trainee GPs and student nurses, and we are committed to providing high-quality patient care and supporting the development of our staff.
Person Specification- Registered General Nurse with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team.
- Time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Desirable: organisational skills, computer skills, and experience of EMIS computer system.
