About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sponsorship Sales Professional to join our commercial team at With Intelligence. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our Pension Bridge & Women's Summits brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our client base, including fund managers and service providers, through face-to-face meetings, virtual meetings, phone calls, and attendance at conferences.
  • Exceed Sales Targets: Strive to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Develop Business Acumen: Continuously develop your understanding of the asset management industry, our competitors, and our fund manager and service provider clients to maximize sales and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our events, content, and marketing teams to build effective relationships and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Consistent top sales performer with an extensive track record of event sponsorship sales to senior-level client contacts.
  • Industry Expertise: Significant experience working in the asset management sector and a strong understanding of the SP/GP/LP dynamic.
  • Client-Focused: Client-focused and proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and leverage relationships both internally and externally.
  • Strategic Thinker: Self-motivated, collaborative, curious, and inquisitive with a high sense of urgency.
