Sponsorship Sales Manager - AI Conference Portfolio

Media IQ Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth for our AI conference portfolio.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to take ownership of the revenue for a growing portfolio of AI conferences. As a Sponsorship Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling a range of sponsorship opportunities, including speaking slots, exhibition space, and bespoke client events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for the AI conference portfolio
  • Sell sponsorship opportunities to tech clients, including Microsoft, NVidia, ARM, and Intel
  • Work closely with conference organizers to understand their needs and develop tailored sponsorship packages
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets, with a focus on delivering £500k annual sponsorship revenues
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in conference sponsorship sales, with a proven track record of delivering high sponsorship revenues
  • Experience of selling to tech clients, ideally with a focus on AI and related industries
  • Demonstrable experience of developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
