Sponsorship Sales Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced sponsorship sales professional to join our team at Talent Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling sponsorship packages for our international online and in-person conferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through warm leads and prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  • Attend conferences and events to network with potential clients and promote our sponsorship packages
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a sponsorship sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and drive
  • Comfortable communicating with senior business professionals, primarily based in Europe and the USA
