About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Talent Wing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients to secure sponsorship deals, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and negotiating sponsorship terms to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach potential clients to secure sponsorship deals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Negotiate sponsorship terms and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship agreements
  • Utilise CRM systems to manage and track sales activities and client interactions
Requirements
  • Demonstrate B2B sales experience
  • Show a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Be proactive, driven, and goal-oriented
  • Adapt to the dynamic nature of the sponsorship sales environment
