Sponsorship Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly consultative and experienced Sponsorship Sales professional to join our team at Talent Group. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a prestigious large-scale European conference, where you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue through sponsorship sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sponsorship sales targets.
  • Identify and engage with potential sponsors, presenting tailored proposals that align with their objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, conference production and events teams to ensure seamless delivery of sponsor commitments.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, including pipeline and revenue forecasts.
Your Experience:
  • Proven experience in sponsorship sales, preferably within the B2B conference or events industry. We can consider applicants with 2 years or more direct sponsorship sales experience.
  • Strong consultative sales approach with a track record of growing accounts and securing high-value sponsorships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
