Position Overview:

The Business Partnering Manager will oversee the performance and output of the Partnership, ensuring alignment with the core values of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the performance metrics and outcomes of the Partnership in line with company principles.
  • Enhance the knowledge and skills of Partners and Advisers to fulfill business objectives.
  • Keep leadership apprised of significant issues and risks related to Partners and Advisers.
  • Ensure that Partners and Advisers comprehend and leverage the company’s offerings.
  • Promote best practices that drive business expansion and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated coaching abilities along with relevant certifications.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and rapport skills.
  • Strong communication capabilities, effective up to the Partnership Director level.
  • Proficient analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Capacity to manage workload, perform under pressure, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Robust coaching and developmental expertise.
