Job Description

As a Technical Assessor at TÜV Rheinland, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of products. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct technical reviews of test reports, inspection reports, and factory audit reports to ensure compliance with assigned conformity assessment programs and technical regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough technical reviews of documents and records to ensure compliance with program requirements.
  • Coordinate with laboratories, inspectors, and clients to arrange testing and sampling as necessary.
  • Select and coordinate with factory audit teams for Type 3 or Type 5 sales schemes.
  • Make certification decisions based on technical review results.
  • Issue certificates of conformity, product certificates, and shipment certificates as applicable.
  • Upload supporting documents and records in secure shipment platforms.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients regarding conformity assessment program requirements.
  • Develop product inspection checklists based on program requirements.
  • Share customer feedback with supervisors to improve services.
  • Comply with company and customer quality, health, and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical activities.
  • Excellent technical understanding, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and good problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and communication skills.
  • Team player with a positive and cooperative working atmosphere.
