Recruit UK is delighted to be collaborating with a leading Investment firm to recruit a Business Operations Coordinator for their office. In this role, you'll be providing crucial support to clients by managing their accounts and overseeing any required updates.
This opportunity is a 12 month FTC, our client strives to progress, promote and develop talent regardless of contract, and where possible will try to extend/internally move or recommend key players that help their business to be successful.
The ideal candidate for this role would have experience providing administrative support within wealth management, financial planning or banking industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients and maintain ongoing relationships
- Manage the full administration process
- Understand client suitability requirements and support the Investment Manager
- Process account openings and closures, deal with tax queries and manage portfolio transfer administration as well as change to client information
- Answer calls, meet and greet guests when needed
- Support advisers with preparation for meetings as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Previous financial services experience
- Grades A-C at GCSE Maths/English
