About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Risk Manager to join our team at Lloyds Banking Group. As a key member of our risk management function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of digital risks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and prioritize digital risks, and develop effective mitigation plans.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on digital risk management best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and monitoring to ensure the effectiveness of digital risk management controls.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, risk managers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital risk management and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital risk management, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate digital risks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital risk management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve digital risk management goals.
