Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our digital and mobile technology strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and risk appetite.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to our teams, ensuring the effective use of digital and mobile technology to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with digital and mobile technology, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including regulators and industry experts, to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital and mobile technology.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management on digital and mobile technology-related matters, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Lead the development and implementation of key risk indicators and key control indicators to track progress and measure the performance of controls.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering business growth and improving customer experience through the effective use of digital and mobile technology.
  • Technical expertise in digital and mobile technology, including consumer psychology and behavioral economics.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience of working with external partners, including regulators and industry experts.
