About the Role

As a Bid Support Specialist at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing customer due diligence requests from our global clients. Your primary responsibility will be to draft and review responses, ensuring timely completion and adherence to service levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the on-time completion of security questionnaires and other vendor requests for customers and prospects, ensuring adherence to service levels.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams throughout the organization to collect and compile responses needed to complete questionnaires and proposals.
  • Compose clear, concise answers to customer inquiries or requests for clarification.
  • Support the development of the bid content library.
  • Work with proposal managers to support the development of persuasive proposals communicating LexisNexis Risk Solutions products responsive to RFx requirements.
  • Meet proposal and questionnaire deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, reviews, approvals, and signatures.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and follow-up skills are essential.
  • Experience in bid or sales support-related roles.
  • Effective writing, editing, and business communication skills.
  • Advanced word processing knowledge.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality work.
