Key Responsibilities- Secretariat Functions: Provide administrative support for visitor levy meetings, including scheduling, taking minutes, and ensuring meeting recordings are captured.
- Meeting Organization: Coordinate meetings and resources for service teams, including daily stand-ups and planning.
- Programme Governance: Support the management of programme governance, including updating documentation and presentations, and assisting in drafting highlight reports.
- Portfolio Management Tool: Manage and update the Portfolio Management tool, including commissioning updates from project/product teams to produce reports for governance meetings, and escalating where necessary.
- Risk Management: Manage the programme risk register, including updating mitigation actions.
- Information Management: Assist delivery managers with information management, including secure filing of key documentation, robust version control, and promoting file sharing and best practices.
- Representation: Represent the team in Digital wide meetings, stand-ups, and panels as necessary.
- Portfolio/PMO Experience: Proven experience in a Portfolio/PMO role.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working across a multi-functional team.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to wear multiple hats.
- Competitive Salary: Up to £34,083.
- Annual Leave: 31 days + public holidays.
