As a Strategic Business Development Leader within our Corporate Finance and Strategy Practice Area, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of BCG's Transactions & Integrations (T&I) business.

This dual-focused role presents an exciting opportunity to lead global initiatives while also driving growth within the APAC region.

Your Major Focus: Global T&I Business Development

  • Spearhead market sensing, business development planning, and revenue tracking for BCG's T&I offerings, encompassing Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Carve-Out (C-O), and Post-Merger Integration (PMI) expertise.
  • Develop and execute impactful go-to-market strategies in collaboration with industry and functional practices, ensuring a cohesive and compelling narrative for our T&I solutions.
  • Actively manage our global pipeline, leveraging data-driven insights to identify and pursue high-potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global T&I Leadership team and practice area teams to set and execute the strategic direction for T&I business development.

Your Secondary Focus: APAC Regional Growth

  • Drive regional growth initiatives within the APAC market, identifying key trends and opportunities specific to this dynamic region.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the APAC market, fostering strong partnerships that drive business success.
  • Collaborate closely with Sector and Regional Managers, Practice Area Coordinators, and Marketers to develop and execute targeted regional growth strategies.
