Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Business Development Leader to join our team at EVERSANA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and solution sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Lead strategic business development efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Solution Sales: Develop and sell solution-oriented engagements to life sciences companies, focusing on improving outcomes and driving business growth.
  • Client Engagement: Lead and advise client engagements across our markets, leveraging your life science subject matter expertise to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Team Development: Support the development of junior team members by coaching and expanding their skillset when appropriate.
  • Financial Management: Manage P&L responsibility and contribute to the growth of a book of business.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree(s) (e.g., MBA, PhD, MD) highly preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of project leadership and management experience at a consulting firm, with a strong track record of success in selling and leading the delivery of strategy consulting engagements to life sciences companies.
  • Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of dynamics and issues in the biopharma industry.
  • Business Acumen: Experience generating and managing a $3M+ book of business preferred.
