Job Title: Assistant Concierge - Luxury Residential Building

Salary: £30,000

Location: London

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Concierge to join our luxury residential building in London. As the first point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors, you will provide impeccable customer service and ensure a 5-star experience for all.

About the Position
  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival
  • Assist guests with their luggage and other requests
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand
  • Work alongside the concierge team
  • Sign in contractors
  • Provide exceptional service
The Successful Candidate
  • Previous experience in luxury hotels or residential buildings
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Well-presented with flawless communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of London and the local area
  • Full driving license
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to go the extra mile
